​Where is the wedding taking place?

Hart Meadows Ranch 2837 Edenvale Rd. Johns Island, SC 29455. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so no need to travel between locations. There is plenty of parking available on-site.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

​Where should I sit?

The front rows are reserved for direct family and the bridal party. Besides that, everyone can sit where they feel most comfortable.

When will we eat?

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Ceremony
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Cocktail hour
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

How do I RSVP?

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 20, 2026

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please include this information when you fill out the RSVP Form

What should I wear?

Attire: Black-tie formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or dark suits, and ladies in formal gowns or elevated cocktail dresses. While earthy tones are welcomed and complement the overall aesthetic, please feel free to wear any color you love.

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Transportation will not be provided. Please plan to arrange your own travel to and from the venue.
