Where is the wedding taking place?
Hart Meadows Ranch 2837 Edenvale Rd. Johns Island, SC 29455. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so no need to travel between locations. There is plenty of parking available on-site.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.
Where should I sit?
The front rows are reserved for direct family and the bridal party. Besides that, everyone can sit where they feel most comfortable.
When will we eat?
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Ceremony
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Cocktail hour
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Dinner service
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.
Can I bring my children?
We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
How do I RSVP?
It should be as easy as possible for guests to RSVP, but for those who are stuck, give clear directions to ensure that they don't miss out on the celebration due to a technicality.
If you can, include a link to the RSVP section on your website so that they can RSVP with ease. If there are a number of elements to your RSVP, like dietary requirements, rehearsal dinner RSVPs or plus one and family replies, be sure to explain to your guests what they need to fill out to make sure you get a full reply and don't have to follow up for extra information.
If guests will be getting an email confirmation or something like that after their reply goes through, let them know so that they can be on the lookout.

What should I wear?
Attire: Black-tie formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or dark suits, and ladies in formal gowns or cocktail dresses. Here is a mood board if you need inspiration -

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?
